  • Due to the consumable nature of our freeze-dried items and for reasons of hygiene and food safety, Soulinside enforces a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy on all general purchases.

Notwithstanding the general policy, Soulinside is legally obligated to provide redressal (replacement or full refund) if a consumer receives a product that falls under the following categories:

  3. Incorrect Product: The wrong item was delivered due to an error on our part.
